Most
gardeners know that plants labeled
"perennials" need to be
put in the ground only once in order
to provide years of life. However,
not all of these plants live up
to their name. We live in a rough
world where survival of the fittest
rules, and the same goes for perennials.
At Poundridge Nurseries, we don't
stock anything less than the most
Herculean of plants, and it shows.
One glance at our fields and you'll
realize that you are looking at
the cream of the crop. If a particular
perennial isn't doing so well, we
bring it back to health with a little
know-how and a whole lot of pampering.
You'll thank us for it when your
plants start blooming next year.

"I
need a colorful plant that's going to
last for some time. Could you show me
your collection of flowering
perennials?"
"Do you have roses?
Which ones smell the nicest and are the
easiest to take
care of?"
"I have been looking for one particular
hosta for ages. Do you have a wide selection
of leafy
perennials?"
