Shrubs

Not that we've got anything against dirt, but society tends to look down upon it as a groundcover. Let's face it--you just don't want a yard with large gaps in your landscape. A simple, long-term solution to this problem is to put the soil in question to good use by planting a shrub. At Poundridge Nurseries, we have a tremendous selection of shrub varieties. These range from broadleaf evergreen shrubs such as Rhododendron and Boxwood to beautiful deciduous shrubs such as Lilac and Viburnum. We also have an unusually large number of landscape-size shrubs which can add color and form to your property. This way, even if you are a closet soil lover, there won't be any evidence of your passion. (It's OK--we won't tell.)
